Meet Lady Book Witch
Nora Boyle a.k.a. Lady Book Witch is a bookmaker, poet, & witch from New Hampshire. She is interested in what it means to craft a material poem, as well as exploring the intersections of witchcraft, poetry, & bookmaking. Nora loves turning original poems into limited edition artist books. As a poet & witch, there are few things more satisfying to her than navigating & negotiating the overlay of material & literary symbolism. Her writing ranges from cozy to grotesque & often addresses themes of nature, witchcraft, physical & mental illness, & feminism. Nora is the producer of: handmade artist books, the “Tiny Spell Witchery” how-to book series, & the biannual literary magazine “The Cackling Kettle.”
